Mary did such an amazing job helping us plan our first Disney trip. She was recommended through a family member and I've never used a travel agent or agency before, but since she came with high regard from a trusted source we figured we should give her a try. She more than exceeded our expectations. From the beginning stages of planning, til the day we got home and were greeted with a card in the mail from Mary and Butch welcoming us back, their attention to detail and thoughtfulness is truly amazing. She helped with so many stages of our trip, from recommendations as to what resorts to stay at, to even getting us into a restaurant that was booked for the day.
