Mary was great getting everything prepared for our trip! She was quick to respond to all of my emails, and consistently checked for lower prices to make sure we could stick to our budget.I appreciated the reminders about payment due dates as well as her own feedback on the resort we were going to. Mary always answered my emails promptly and courteously with helpful information! Mary was always a step ahead of what we needed. For example, after we bought our excursions she emailed steps to follow to cancel those excursions and repurchase the same excursions at a reduced price. We wouldn't have known that if Mary hadn't been on top of it! We trusted Mary's judgment on our hotel and local tours and everything was reasonable but high quality! Mary never seemed impatient with all my questions and, as I said, many of my questions were answered before I even thought of it! Thank you, Mary, for being so personable, cheerful, and capable!
